Privacy Policy
Last updated November 7, 2026
I collect only what I need to send you what you asked for and to run my business. I don’t sell your information, and I don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing. This page explains what I collect, why, and the choices you have.
Who this covers
This policy applies when you visit my link-in-bio page or any page that links to this policy, request a free guide, join my email or text list, contact me, apply to work with me, book a call, buy a digital product, or work with me.
“I” and “me” means Andrei Palacios (MrNoInfluence). For privacy questions or requests, email andrei@noinfluencemedia.com.
What I collect
What you give me. Your name and email address, and your phone number if you sign up for texts or share it for a booking. Booking and purchase details, and anything you choose to share about your brand, business, or project in a form, message, application, or call.
What’s collected automatically. Technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, and the pages you visit. My web host and the services that run parts of my pages collect it, for example Google Fonts, which supplies the page’s fonts, Kit, which runs the sign-up form, and Zoho WorkDrive, which delivers downloads.
What services send me. Confirmation of your payment from my payment processor, and the details of your booking from my scheduling tool.
Please share only what’s needed for your request or project.
How I use it
- To send what you asked for: a free guide, a product, a booking, or a service
- To reply to your messages and applications
- To send the emails or texts you signed up for
- To send messages about something you bought or booked, such as receipts, reminders, refunds, or project updates
- To keep my pages and tools working and secure, and to prevent fraud and abuse
- To understand what’s useful, for example which emails get opened
- To keep business records and meet legal requirements
Emails and texts
Email. When you request a free guide or join my list, you’ll get what you asked for plus occasional emails with ideas, resources, and offers related to my work. You can unsubscribe anytime with the link at the bottom of every email, or by emailing me.
Text messages. If I offer texts and you sign up, I’ll text you about what you signed up for. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help at any time. Signing up for texts is never required to buy anything. I won’t share your phone number or your consent to receive texts with anyone for their own marketing.
Buying and booking. Buying something or booking a call doesn’t add you to my email or text list by itself. If you choose to subscribe at the same time, for example by ticking a box at checkout, you’ll get those messages too, and you can unsubscribe the same way.
After you unsubscribe. Marketing messages stop. You may still get messages needed for something you bought or booked. My email and text tools may keep a record that you unsubscribed, so you aren’t added back by mistake. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.
My email and text tools may record whether messages are delivered and opened and which links are clicked, so I can tell what’s useful.
Calls and recordings
If I’d like to record a call, I’ll ask you first. Any recording or notes are used only to provide the service you booked.
Payments
Payments are handled by a payment processor, currently Stripe. Your card details go straight to them under their own privacy policy, and I never see or store your full card number or security code. I receive the details needed to confirm your purchase, send receipts, handle refunds, and keep business records.
Cookies and similar technologies
My pages and the tools on them may use cookies and similar technologies, like small files saved in your browser, to make forms, checkout, and booking work, prevent abuse, and understand how pages are used. For example, Kit’s sign-up form saves a small identifier in your browser, and Stripe uses cookies during checkout. I don’t use advertising trackers; if that changes, I’ll update this page. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may stop working.
Who I share it with
I don’t sell or rent your personal information, and I don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing.
I share it only with services that help me run my business, and only what they need: email and text tools (currently Kit), payments (currently Stripe), scheduling, forms, website hosting (OpenAI Sites), fonts (Google Fonts), and tools for communication and sharing files (currently Zoho WorkDrive, which delivers downloads). Each handles your information under its own privacy policy. Some, like Stripe, also use certain information for their own purposes, such as fraud prevention and legal compliance.
I may also share information if the law requires it, to protect my rights or someone’s safety, or to prevent fraud. If my business is ever reorganized or sold, your information may move to the new owner under the same promises in this policy.
These services may process information in countries other than yours, where privacy laws may differ.
Privacy policies for the services named here:
- Kit’s privacy policy
- Stripe’s privacy policy
- Google’s privacy policy
- Zoho’s privacy policy
- OpenAI’s privacy policy
How long I keep it
I keep personal information only as long as I need it for the reasons above. If you’re on my list, I keep your details while you stay subscribed, and a limited record afterward so I respect your unsubscribe.
I keep purchase, booking, and project records as long as needed to finish the work, answer questions or disputes, and meet tax and legal requirements. When I no longer need information, I delete it or remove what identifies you. Services I use may keep limited records or backups under their own policies.
How I protect it
I use reasonable safeguards and limit access to the people and services who need it for the reasons above. No way of sending or storing information online is completely secure, but I take care with what you share.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal information, to get a copy of it, or to withdraw your consent, for example to emails or texts. Email andrei@noinfluencemedia.com. I may need to confirm your identity first, and I’ll respond within the time the law requires. If I have to keep something, for example for tax records, I’ll tell you why.
Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under local privacy law.
If you’re in the EU or UK. I rely on your consent for emails and texts; on what’s needed to provide something you asked for, such as a purchase or booking; on my legitimate interest in running and securing my business; and on legal obligations, such as keeping tax records. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
My pages and services aren’t meant for children under 16, and I don’t knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has shared information with me, email me and I’ll delete it.
Other websites
Links to other websites, including checkout and booking pages, lead to services with their own privacy practices.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy as my services or tools change. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, I’ll let you know, for example by email, and I’ll ask for your consent again if the law requires it.
